摘要
为科学有效地评价高速铁路客运站安全情况,考虑到高速铁路客运站人员密集且移动速度快,安全管理复杂的特点,分析高速铁路客运站安全影响因素,建立安全评价指标体系,提出模糊综合评价方法,通过实例对东北地区某高速铁路客运站进行安全评价。结果表明:模糊综合评价法适合解决多目标、定性指标的评价问题;在高速铁路客运站安全评价方面具有可靠性和实用性。
For the sake of scientific and effective safety evaluation of high-speed railway passenger stations,factors which have impact on itssafety were analyzed considering its characteristics ofcrowded and fast moving passengers and complex safety management.Then an index system of safety evaluation was established and fuzzycomprehensiveevaluation method was put forward.Finally,it was applied to a highspeed railway passenger station in northeast Chinafor safety evaluation.The results show that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is suitable for evaluation featured with multiple objectives and qualitative indicators,andit is reliable and practical in safety evaluation of high-speed railway passenger stations.
