摘要
以某炼化公司炼化装置的高压储气罐为研究对象,在ANSYS中建立有限元分析模型。以模态分析结果为输入,对高压储气罐在受迫振动下进行谐响应分析,得到相应的X、Y、Z三个方向自由度的振幅随频率的变化规律。结果表明,高压储气罐的危险频率点主要为40Hz,危险位置处于储气罐底部,该结果为高压储气罐的载荷控制及优化设计提供参考。
The finite element analysis model of a high-pressure gas storage tank in a refining plant of a refining and chemical company is established in ANSYS software.Taking the result of modal analysis as input,the harmonic response analysis of the high-pressure gas storage tank under forced vibration is carried out,and the corresponding amplitude of the degree of freedom in X,Y and Z directions is obtained with the change of frequency.The results show that the dangerous frequency point of the high-pressure gas storage tank is mainly 40Hz,and the dangerous position is at the bottom of the gas storage tank.The results provide a reference for the load control and optimal design of the high-pressure gas storage tank.
