基于疏水颗粒堵剂特性的化学隔板控水模拟表征方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 化学隔板控水技术是底水油藏生产井水锥突破问题的有效治理手段,为解决化学隔板控水等效模拟方法缺乏控水体系特性理论支撑、措施评价效果不能有效指导现场施工的问题,以一种新型疏水亲油颗粒堵剂体系为研究对象,通过实验方法研究该体系的控水特性,颗粒吸附聚集形成选择性封堵水相渗流通道的控水隔板,堵剂对岩心水相封堵率可达80%以上。类比商业化油藏数值模拟软件聚合物驱油模块模拟方法,以堵剂体系控水特性为基础,建立了考虑体系吸附及对储层选择性封堵的化学隔板控水模拟表征方法,从隔板形态、油井产水剖面、水流线、水体波及体积等角度开展了化学隔板稳油控水原因分析,并将该方法应用于某底水油田,研究表明该方法对化学隔板控水现场施工参数优化具有一定指导意义。 Chemical baffle water control technology is an effective method to solve the problems of water breakthrough causing by water coning of bottom aquifer reservoirs.In order to solve the problem that the equivalent water control simulation method by chemical baffle lacks theoretical support of the water control system characteristics,and the effect evaluation cannot effectively guide the treatment on-site implementation.Taking a new hydrophobic particle system as the research object,by studying the water control mechanism and characteristics of the system through experiments.The results shows that particles adsorb and aggregate to form a water-controlled baffle that selectively plug the aqueous phase seepage channel,and the aqueous phase plugging rate of the particles to the core can reach more than 80%.By analogy with the polymer flooding simulation method of commercial reservoir simulation software and based on water control characteristics of the plugging particle,a water control simulation method by chemical baffle considering system adsorption and selective plugging of reservoirs was established.The reasons for oil stabilization and water control of chemical baffle were analyzed from the perspectives of baffle morphology,water production profile,water flow line,water sweep volume.The results of the established method which is applied to a bottom aquifer oilfield show that this method has a certain of guiding significance on the parameter optimization for on-site implementation.
