摘要
目的观察阴道B超在子宫肌瘤诊断中的临床效果。方法抽取2018年1-12月河源市和平县人民医院收治的122例子宫肌瘤患者开展本次研究,随机分为对照组和观察组各61例。对照组患者实施腹部B超检查诊断,观察组患者实施阴道B超检查诊断,比较两组的诊断灵敏度。结果观察组诊断灵敏度为86.89%,高于对照组的65.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道B超在子宫肌瘤诊断中,诊断灵敏度较高,不仅可以提高诊断效果,还可为临床提供有效的参考依据,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of vaginal B ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids.Methods From January to December 2018,122 patients with uterine fibroids were selected from Heping County People’s Hospital of Heyuan City to carry out this study,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,61 cases each.The patients in the control group were diagnosed by abdominal B ultrasound,and the patients in the observation group were diagnosed by vaginal B ultrasound.The diagnostic sensitivity degree of the two groups was compared.Results The diagnostic sensitivity degree of the observation group was 86.89%,which was higher than 65.57%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of uterine fibroids in vaginal B ultrasound had a high diagnostic sensitivity degree,which could not only improve the diagnosis effect,but also provide an effective reference for clinical application.It was worthy of clinical application.
