摘要
伽玛刀手术现在已成为神经外科手术的重要组成部分,但是伽玛刀手术又与传统的神经外科手术有着明显的区别,患者可以全程评价其就医体验。其围手术期的护理也是不同于常规的神经外科护理,因此,伽玛刀手术患者的针对性护理越来越被重视。在当前的精准医疗时代,护理同样需要体现个体化和精准化,伽玛刀颅脑手术的患者给予针对性护理后会有更好的就医体验。当前有许多的量表和问卷能够用来反映就医体验,但是都有其各自的局限性,需要一种专门的伽玛刀手术患者相关问卷或量表来评估患者的就医体验,使针对性护理能够更好地改善伽玛刀手术患者的就医体验。
Gamma knife treatment now has become an important part of neurosurgical operation,but gamma knife treatment has obvious differences with traditional operation of neurosurgery.Patients can evaluate treatment experience in the whole course.The perioperative nursing is also different from the conventional neurosurgical nursing.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to the targeted nursing of patients with gamma knife.In the current times of precision medical,nursing also needs to reflect individual and precision.Patients with gamma knife brain surgery after given targeted nursing have better medical care experience.At present,there are many scales and questionnaires that can be used to reflect the medical experience,but they all have their own limitations.A special questionnaire or scale related to patients undergoing gamma knife surgery is needed to evaluate the patients’medical experience,so that targeted nursing can better improve the medical experience of patients receiving gamma knife.
