注汽锅炉真空除氧器液位PID调节 被引量:1

摘要 针对注汽锅炉真空除氧器偶尔出现淹罐而被迫转入旁通供水,造成除氧中断;主次阀开关动作调节液位造成管线水锤现象,加速软化器内件磨损及维修保养工作量,并使得除氧器一级罐液位波动幅度大,而使出水含氧值不稳等问题。分析真空除氧器除氧运行机理,提出采用液位PID调节方式克服以上问题,通过对真空除氧器控制系统的更新改造,运行结果表明,液位PID调节使软化器运行平稳,除氧器一级罐内液位控制稳定,使出水含氧量维持在较低的水平,新控制系统在稠油开采行业具有推广应用价值。 In this paper,the vacuum deaerator of the steam injection boiler is occasionally flooded and forced into the bypass water supply,causing the oxygen to be interrupted.The main and secondary valve switching action adjusting the liquid level cauzed the water hammer phenomenon of the pipeline,and accelerated the wear and maintenance of the softener internals.The workload,and the fluctuation level of the first-stage tank level of the deaerator is large,and the oxygen content of the effluent is unstable.Analyzing the deaeration operation mechanism of vacuum deaerator,the liquid level PID adjustment method is adopted to overcome the above problems.Through updating and modifying the vacuum deaerator control system,the operation results show that the liquid level PID adjustment makes the softener run smoothly,and the liquid level control in the first stage tank of the deaerator is stable.The effluent oxygen content is maintained at a low level,and the new control system has promotion and application value in the heavy oil mining industry.
