摘要
干热岩地热资源总量巨大,其开发利用对经济社会发展具有重要意义。国内干热岩资源仍处于初期勘探阶段,干热岩钻井尚未形成技术体系。针对干热岩钻井过程中岩石硬度大、地层温度高、地层研磨性高、地层易坍塌的技术难点问题,分析探讨高温快速钻井、抗高温钻井液、耐高温钻头选型、高温固井技术、高温钻井地面设备、高温井下测量仪器等方面的关键技术现状,寻找适合干热岩优快钻井的成套技术体系,为干热岩抗高温钻井的技术难点提供解决方案和进一步攻关方向。
The hot dry rock geothermal resources are huge,its exploitation and utilization is important in economic and social development.In China,the exploration of hot dry rock resource is still in initial stage.The paper has considering the hard nuts of large rock hardness,high strata temperature and abrasiveness,as well as strata easy to collapse;analyzed and discussed key technologies status quo in high temperature fast drilling,high temperature resistant drilling fluid,thermo-stable bit selection,high temperature well cementing technology,high temperature drilling surface equipments and underground surveying instruments etc;found out propitious to hot dry rock optimal and fast drilling complete set technological system;provided technical hard nuts settlement scheme and further key issues tackling orientation.
