建筑弹性及ISO标准研究

摘要 "弹性"是在灾害发生前的建设阶段做出增强潜在不利影响应变能力的"准备",建筑弹性是研究建筑应对灾难性事件前瞻性策略及技术措施的新阶段。本文从"建筑弹性概念"、"建筑弹性发展亟需标准引领"、"ISO/TR 22845技术报告研制"及"ISO建筑弹性技术及标准发展展望"四方面阐述该研究的具体进展情况。面对突发的新冠肺炎疫情挑战,如何从建筑弹性和建筑可持续发展的角度思考应对策略及ISO标准研制兼具现实意义和前瞻性。 "Resilience"is the"preparation"to enhance the ability to respond to potential adverse effects in the construction stage before the disaster occurs.Building resilience is a new stage to study the forward-looking strategies and technical measures for buildings to deal with catastrophic events.This paper expounds on the specific progress of the research in four aspects:"the concept of building elasticity","the development of building elasticity needs the guidance of standards","the development of ISO/TR 22845"and"the development prospect of ISO building elasticity technology and standards".Faced with the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak,it is of realistic significance and foresight to think about coping strategies and ISO standards from the perspective of building elasticity and sustainable development of buildings.
