摘要
贸易投资促进工作是对外开放工作的重要组成部分,在当今全球经济低迷的后疫情时代,对外开放的重要性日益突出,贸促机构的作用也就愈发凸显。该文以厦门市为例,在充分肯定厦门贸促工作取得成绩的基础上,指出在提升国际交流水平、扩大对外经贸合作、促进企业国际化经营等方面,地方贸促工作仍有很大的拓展空间。在此基础上,提出抢抓后疫情时代机遇,发挥贸促机构优势扩大高水平开放的对策建议:立足新时代对外开放格局,展现新担当新作为;打造海外经贸网络,提高服务开放能力;加快培育国际自主品牌,推动中国品牌"走出去";发挥亦官亦民作用,主动融入"双循环"新发展格局。
Trade and investment promotion plays an important role in the opening up.Against the backdrop of the post-epidemic era,it is of increasing significance to carry out the opening up policies.Thus,trade and investment promotion agencies play a more important part.This paper takes the example of Xiamen city.Apart from acknowledging its gained achievements,this paper pinpoints that there is still work to accomplish in the aspects of improving the level of international communication,expanding the foreign trade and economic cooperation,enhancing international operation of enterprises.Based on the shortcomings,this paper puts forward the following suggestions to better seize the post-epidemic opportunities and give full play to the trade and investment promotion agencies:showing new responsibilities and undertaking new things based on the opening up pattern in the new era;improving the service and opening up capacities by building an overseas economic and trade network;speeding up nurturing self-owned brand and driving Chinese brands to"go out";actively integrating into the"Dual Circulation"development pattern by playing its roles.
