摘要
为确保劳动防护用品合理使用,保障人员生命安全,本文对现阶段各单位劳动防护用品管理工作中的难点进行分析、改进,通过流程优化措施,在制度层面、工作过程及职责分工方面对劳动防护用品管理进行了改进,完善了内控流程,健全了多部门协作制度,提升了企业物资管理的能力。
To ensure the rational use of protective equipment and ensure people’s safety,the paper analyzes the problems in the management of labour protection articles,and then tries to solve the problems through process optimization in the aspects of system level,work process,and division of responsibilities.It turns out that when the internal control process has been perfected and the cross-department cooperation has been enhanced,the ability of enterprise material management will be improved.
