摘要
针对304不锈钢包壳管及端塞的焊接工艺开发,采用ABAQUS有限元软件,对不同焊接工艺参数下包壳管与端塞的温度场进行了数值模拟分析,初步确定了焊接工艺参数,后期通过少量的试验,制定了辐照装置的焊接工艺规范。
For the welding process development of 304 stainless steel cladding tubes and end plugs,the ABAQUS finite element software are adopted.The welding temperature field of cladding tubes and end plugs with different welding parameters is numerically simulated and analyzed.The welding process parameters of the products is preliminarily determined,and the welding process specifications of the irradiation device is formulated through a small number of tests in the later stage.
