核电厂旋转设备拍振问题分析和治理 被引量:1

摘要 旋转机械作为核电厂重要的流体介质输送设备,在核电厂日常运行期间起重要作用。其中,振动是旋转机械设备最关键的参数指标之一,过去因各类振动故障导致设备失效的案例数不胜数,而拍振是一种比较特殊的振动故障类型。经验表明,核电机组调试期间经常出现旋转机械的拍振问题,导致设备振动状态较差,影响设备安全稳定运行,延缓调试进度。因此,掌握拍振发生的原理、拍振函数参数特征,了解各类拍振问题的典型案例是非常必要的,同时对拍振现象进行总结和归纳,考虑能从根本上解决拍振问题的方法及思路。总结发现,最重要的几类拍振故障类型包括相邻设备的拍振、二极电机二倍频激振力与电磁激振力的拍振、多皮带传动系统运行时各条皮带之间发生的拍振等三类典型情况,需结合拍振故障的原理及特征,分别为上述情况考虑最合适的振动治理思路,采取手段降低或消除其中至少一个主要频率分量的振动幅值。详细研究上述典型案例的治理过程、对于后续解决核电机组调试、生产运行或其他重工业企业投产期间遇到的旋转机械拍振问题具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。 As an important fluid medium conveying equipment in nuclear power plant,the rotating machinery plays an important role in the daily operation of nuclear power plant.Among them,vibration is one of the most critical parameter indicators of the rotating machinery equipment.In the past,there were countless cases of equipment failure due to various vibration failures,and beat vibration is a relatively special type.Experience has shown that the vibration of the rotating machinery occurs frequently during the commissioning of nuclear power plant,resulting in the poor vibration status of equipment,affecting the safe and stable operation of equipment,and delaying the commissioning progress.Therefore,it is very necessary to master the principle of beat vibration and the parameter characteristics of beat function,and understand the typical cases of various beating problems.At the same time,it is necessary to summarize and conclude the beating phenomenon,and consider the methods and ideas that can fundamentally solve the beating problem.It is found that the most important types of beat vibration failures include the beat vibration of the adjacent equipment,the beat vibration of the excitation force of double rotating frequency of the two-pole motor and electromagnetic excitation force,and the beat vibration between the belts when the multi-belt drive system is running.The most appropriate vibration control ideas should be considered for the above situations respectively according to the principle and characteristics of beat vibration failures.Measures shall be taken to reduce or eliminate the vibration amplitude of at least one main frequency component.A detailed study of the governance process of the above typical cases has certain reference value and guiding significance for the solution of subsequent beat vibration problems of the rotating machinery encountered during the commissioning and production of nuclear power plants or other heavy industrial enterprises.
