摘要
田湾核电5、6号机组的海水循环冷却系统中采用了高压变频装置,对其中的大功率循环水泵电机采用高压变频控制,通过调整电机转速调整循环水流量,在国内已运行核电厂中属首次应用。在项目建设时,江苏核电通过组织设计院、制造厂等单位进行大量调研和专家论证及评审,对变频器布置机房设计、变频器控制逻辑、水工参数匹配以及水泵电机制造工艺的完善和确定提出了决策性意见,已全部固化并落实在田湾核电5、6号机组变频装置的设计施工和设备制造中,对核电厂海水循环系统的冷却水流量设计及应用起到了开创性作用。
The high-voltage frequency converter device is adopted in the seawater circulation cooling system of Tianwan 5&6(which were put into commercial operation in 2020 and 2021 respectively,belonging to Jiangsu Nuclear Power Co.,Ltd.).and the large power circulating water pump motor is controlled by high voltage frequency conversion.The circulating water flow is adjusted by adjusting the motor speed,which is the first application in domestic nuclear power plants.During the implementation of the project.JNPC provided decision-making opinions on the design of the layout of the frequency converter computer room,frequency converter control logic,hydraulic parameter matching,and the improvement and determination of water pump motor manufacturing technology by organizing a large number of investigations,expert argumentation and evaluation with design institutes and manufacturing plants,etc.All of them have been solidified and implemented in the design,construction and equipment manufacturing of the frequency converter device of Tianwan 5&6.It plays a pioneering role in the design and application of the cooling water flow in the seawater circulation system of nuclear power plant.
