摘要
                
                    新污染物种类繁多,且具有生物累积性、危害隐蔽性和环境持久性等特征,但目前对其健康风险的认识不足。基于此,归纳了邻苯二甲酸酯、二苯甲酮和新烟碱3类主要新污染物生命早期暴露对神经发育的影响与潜在机制。同时,在单细胞时空多组学技术蓬勃发展的背景下,对新污染物诱导神经发育重编程的效应与机制研究提出建议,以期为全面评估环境污染物的健康风险和精准识别疾病起源提供更加科学的参考。
                
                Emerging pollutants exhibit diverse characteristics,including biological toxicity,environmental persistence,and bioaccumulation.However,their health impacts remain inadequately assessed.This review summarizes recent findings to elucidate the neurodevelopmental effects and potential mechanisms associated with early-life exposure to three major emerging pollutants:phthalates,benzophenones,and neonicotinoids.Furthermore,within the backdrop of the rapid advancement of single-cell multi-omics technologies,this review offers recommendations for future research of developmental reprogramming induced by emerging pollutants.These suggestions contribute to a scientific foundation for a comprehensive assessment of health risks and the precise identification of disease origins.
