北京市传染病孕妇与健康孕妇孕期保健需求度与利用满意度分析被引量：4

Analysis on the gestation demand and utilization satisfaction of healthy pregnant women and pregnant women with infectious diseases in Beijing

摘要目的对比传染病孕妇与健康孕妇孕期保健需求及利用满意度差异,为改善传染病孕妇孕期保健服务提供参考。方法采用横断面调查方法,以314例传染病孕妇和420例健康孕妇为研究对象,对比分析其孕期保健需求度及利用满意度差异,并计算传染病孕妇和健康孕妇各自的保健需求度与满意度一致性Kappa系数。结果两组孕妇对定期产检的需求均较大,回答"非常需要"的比例分别为83.33%和89.79%,回答"非常满意"的比例达81.76%和74.70%。传染病孕妇对定期产检和孕期血压控制的需求度与满意度kappa值较大,分别为0.38和0.29;健康孕妇对于每次产检都为同一医生负责和孕期血压控制的需求度与满意度kappa值较大,分别为0.35和0.30。结论两组孕妇的需求度和满意度一致性均较低,传染病孕妇在孕期保健满意度调查和需求与满意度一致性上均优于健康孕妇。 Objective To compare the difference of gestation demand and utilization satisfaction between pregnant women with infectious diseases and healthy pregnant women,and to provide reference for improving health care services for pregnant women with infectious diseases.Methods 314 pregnant women with infectious diseases and 420 healthy pregnant women were investigated by cross-sectional survey,and the differences of health care demands and utilization satisfaction were analyzed,the consistency Kappa coefficient of health care demand and satisfaction of pregnant women with infectious diseases and healthy pregnant women were calculated.Results The results showed that pregnant women with infectious diseases and healthy pregnant women had a great demand for regular antenatal check-up,the proportion of answering"very need"was 83.33%and 89.79%respectively,and the proportion of answering"very satisfaction"was 81.76%and74.70%respectively.The Kappa values of the demands and satisfactions of the pregnant women with infectious diseases for regular check-up and blood pressure control during pregnancy were 0.38 and 0.29.The Kappa value of healthy pregnant women’s demand and satisfaction of blood pressure control during pregnancy were 0.35 and 0.30.Conclusion The consistency of the needs and satisfaction between pregnant women with infectious diseases and healthy pregnant women is low.The consistency levels of demand and satisfaction among pregnant women with infectious disease were better than those of healthy pregnant women.
