摘要
目的分析山东省居民吸烟人群吸烟开始年龄和吸烟强度的关联。方法本研究数据来源于山东省2018年全国居民健康素养监测项目,覆盖全省16个监测点(县/市/区),采用面对面询问方式调查收集15~69岁居民人口学特征和吸烟相关变量。应用多分类有序Logistic回归分析吸烟开始年龄与吸烟强度之间关系。结果纳入分析3826人,调查对象平均年龄(50.34±12.33)岁。现在吸烟者有734例,其中轻度吸烟占25.89%;中度吸烟占42.77%;重度吸烟占31.34%。多分类有序Logistic回归分析结果显示,调整年龄、饮酒因素后,与开始吸烟年龄≥23岁相比,13~、16~、19~岁是吸烟强度的危险因素(OR=2.592,95%CI:1.311~5.122;OR=2.447,95%CI:1.651~3.627;OR=2.035,95%CI:1.426~2.904)。结论吸烟开始年龄越小吸烟强度越高,应采取针对性措施防止青少年吸第一支烟。
Objective To explore the association between age at smoking initiation and smoking intensity among residents in Shandong Province.Methods The data of this study were from the national health literacy monitoring project of Shandong Province in 2018,which covered 16 monitoring sites(counties/cities/districts).Face-to-face interviews were used to collect demographic characteristics and relevant variables of smoking among residentsaged 15-69 years.The relationship between age at smoking initiation and smoking intensity was analyzed by ordinal multinominal logistic regression model.Results A total of 3826 people were investigated,with an average age of(50.34±12.33)years old.Among 734 current smokers,25.89%of them was light smokers,42.78%was moderate smokers,and 31.34%was heavy smokers.The results of multilevel ordinal logistic regression analysis showed age at smoking initiation was risk factor for smoking intensity after adjusted by age and alcohol consumption.Compared to the age of starting smoking≥23 years old,group aged 13 and above(OR=2.592,95%CI:1.311-5.122),group aged 16 and above(OR=2.447,95%CI:1.651-3.627)and group aged 19 and above(OR=2.035,95%CI:1.426-2.904)years old were the risk factors of smoking intensity.Conclusion Age of smoking initiation was associated with level of smoking intensity,the younger the onset of smoking,the greater likelihood of smoking intensity.Targeted measures should be taken to prevent teenagers from smoking the first cigarette.
