摘要
为了解替米考星纳米乳对鸡毒支原体病的治疗效果,采用替米考星纳米乳(以替米考星计)高(100 mg/L)、中(75 mg/L)、低(50 mg/L)剂量饮水治疗人工感染鸡毒支原体S6菌株的肉仔鸡,同时设替米考星溶液(100 mL∶10 g)高、中、低剂量组和阳性、阴性对照组,连续给药5 d。结果表明,替米考星纳米乳各剂量组对鸡毒支原体病的治疗效果均优于替米考星溶液相应剂量组;替米考星纳米乳高、中剂量组的适口性优于替米考星溶液。研究为替米考星纳米乳在兽医临床上的应用提供理论依据。
In order to study the therapeutic effect of tilmicosin nanoemulsion on Mycoplasma gallisepticum infection,the broilers infected artificially with Mycoplasma gallisepticum S6 strain were treated with tilmicosin nanoemulsion(based on tilmicosin)at high(100 mg/L),medium(75 mg/L)and low(50 mg/L)doses for 5 consecutive days,and meanwhile tilmicosin solution(100 mL∶10 g),positive and negative control groups were set up.The results showed that tilmicosin nanoemulsion at all doses had better treatment effect on Mycoplasma gallisepticum infection of broilers than tilmicosin solution.In addition,tilmicosin nanoemulsion at high and medium doses also exhibited the better palatability than tilmicosin solution.This study provided a theoretical basis for the clinical application of tilmicosin nanoemulsion in veterinary medicine.
