鹅源产气荚膜梭菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验 被引量:8

摘要 为了探究鹅源产气荚膜梭菌(Clostridium perfringens,Cp)的生物学特性,从临床送诊的病死鹅肠道分离出4株疑似产气荚膜梭菌,菌株纯化后分别进行革兰染色、生化鉴定、16 S rDNA序列分析、分子分型和药敏试验。结果显示:4株分离菌为革兰阳性菌,仅在厌氧条件下生长,且出现典型双溶血环菌落,16 S rDNA鉴定为产气荚膜梭菌,分别命名Cp1、Cp2、Cp3和Cp4;经多重PCR鉴定,4株菌仅含α毒素,无其他毒素,故属于A型产气荚膜梭菌;药敏结果显示4株菌对链霉素、庆大霉素、复方新诺明、多黏菌素B等多种抗生素耐药,对阿莫西林、头孢曲松钠、环丙沙星、氟苯尼考等敏感。综上所述,从临床病鹅分离到4株A型Cp,为鹅源Cp的生物特性研究提供了参考材料。 In order to explore the biological characteristics of Clostridium perfringens(Cp)from goose,four suspected Cp were isolated from intestines of dead geese.The isolates were purified,and carried on Gram staining,biochemical test,16 S rDNA gene sequence analysis,molecular typing and drug sensitivity test,respectively.The results showed that the four isolates were Gram-positive,grew only under anaerobic conditions,appeared typical double hemolytic ring colonies,and were identified as Cp by 16 S rDNA gene sequence analysis.The four strains were named by Cp1,Cp2,Cp3 and Cp4.All of the four isolated strains were identified as Cp type A in term of only containingαtoxin by a multiplex PCR.The results of drug sensitivity indicated that four strains were resistant to more than three antibiotics such as streptomycin,gentamycin,co-trimoxazole,polymyxin B.Four strains were sensitive to amoxicillin,ceftriaxone sodium and florfenicol.Therefore,the four Cp type A provided scientific basis for the study of biological characteristics of Cp in goose.
