摘要
膝关节前交叉韧带胫骨附着点撕脱骨折(TSAFs)是临床上较为少见的骨折类型,好发于儿童和青少年群体。近年来,成年人的发病率也在逐渐增加。传统方法治疗TSAFs有诸多局限性,关节镜技术及各种人工内固定物的发展推动了TSAFs治疗的发展。本文就TSAFs治疗的最新研究进展做一综述。
Anterior cruciate ligament tibial spine avulsion fractures(TSAFs) are rare fracture type in clinic, which likely occur in children and adolescents. In recent years, the incidence of TSAFs in adults is also increasing. Traditional treatment of TSAFs has many limitations. The development of arthroscopic techniques and various artificial internal fixators has promoted the treatment of TSAFs. In this article recent progress of TSAFs treatment was reviewed and summarized.
