摘要
Ilizarov技术从20世纪80年代开始在世界范围内得到推广和应用。在足踝外科领域,Ilizarov技术被广泛应用在复杂足踝创伤、足踝矫形重建。20世纪90年代中后期,计算机辅助环形外固定器开始崭露头角,经过20多年的不断发展和完善,其在足踝外科中的应用被国际广泛认可和接受。本文主要介绍计算机辅助六轴环形外固定器在足踝外科的临床治疗理念及发展。
Since the introduction of Ilizarov method to the world in 1980 s,it has been used in tens of thousands of complex foot and ankle cases in the world,especially in foot and ankle trauma,limb length discrepancy,and diabetic foot reconstructions,etc.At the dawn of a new era,the computer-assisted external fixator has been widely accepted as the new treatment method in foot and ankle surgery for its accuracy and ease of use regarding its implications for limb deformity correction and lengthening.This paper introduces the development and application of computer-assisted external fixator in foot and ankle surgery.
