摘要
喷吹系统作为高炉重要的辅助系统,24 h连续、不间断地为高炉喷吹煤粉,检修项目只有借助休风机会来完成,喷吹系统的波动直接影响高炉的稳定性。如果喷吹系统出现故障,就会停煤,影响高炉炉况减风,破坏高炉长期稳定的生产状态。保证喷吹系统稳定,备用系统的创新优化时最大限度降低因喷吹故障无法运行对高炉产生的影响,确保喷吹系统煤粉输送的连续性、稳定性、准确性,保障高炉顺行。
As an important auxiliary system of blast furnace,the injection system injects pulverized coal for blast furnace continuously 24 hours a day.If the fault occurs in the injection system,causing coal stoppage,affecting the blast furnace condition,reducing air,destroying the long-term stable production state of the blast furnace,ensuring the stability of the injection system,in the innovation and optimization of the backup system,the influence of the failure of the injection system on the blast furnace can be minimized to ensure the continuity,stability and accuracy of the pulverized coal transportation in the injection system and the smooth operation of the blast furnace.
