摘要
利用等离子熔覆技术,采用130 A、140 A、150 A三种电流在井下工具用钢35CrMo钢表面制备了AlCoCrFeNi_(2.1)YHf高熵合金涂层。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度仪、电化学工作站分析了熔覆电流对涂层的显微组织、相结构、显微硬度和耐蚀性性能的影响。研究结果表明:各涂层均由树枝晶和少量等轴晶构成,晶粒内为FCC相、晶粒之间是B2相。随着电流的增加,涂层组织粗化,硬度逐渐降低;涂层耐腐蚀性能随着电流的增加呈先增高后降低的非线性关系,140 A的涂层具有最佳的耐腐蚀性。
In this paper,AlCoCrFeNi_(2.1)YHf high-entropy alloy coatings are prepared on the 35CrMo steel for downhole tools by plasma cladding at three currents of 130 A,140 A and 150 A.The effects of current on the microstructure,micro-hardness,and corrosion resistance of the coatings are analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)equipped with energy spectrometer(EDS),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),microhardness tester,and electrochemical workstation.The results show that the coatings consists of dendrites and a small number of equiaxed grains,the intracrystalline phase is FCC phase,while the intercrystalline phase is mainly B2 phase.With the increase of current,the content of B2 phase increases,and the microstructure of the coating coarsens and the micro-hardness gradually decreases;the corrosion resistance of the coatings shows a non-linear relationship of increasing and then decreasing with the increase of current,and the coating with the current of 140 A has the best corrosion resistance.
