摘要
以羟基丙烯酸树脂、氨基树脂为成膜物质,复配功能助剂及防锈颜料,开发高性能水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆,考察附着力促进剂、酸催化剂、氨基树脂与丙烯酸树脂质量比及防锈颜料等配方比例对烤漆性能影响。结果表明:(1)附着力促进剂最佳用量为3%(质量分数,后同),能显著增强烤漆附着力,提高涂层铅笔硬度、耐冲击及耐水、耐盐雾等性能;(2)酸催化剂最佳用量为1%,能促进丙烯酸树脂与氨基树脂反应,将烤漆固化温度从150℃降低到135℃;(3)氨基树脂与羟基丙烯酸树脂最佳质量比为1∶5;(4)纳米粒径三聚磷酸铝防锈颜料对烤漆耐盐雾性能影响明显,当其质量分数为5.0%时,烤漆耐盐雾时间最长,达500 h。
High performance waterborne acrylic amino baking coatings were developed with hydroxyl acrylic resin and amino resin as film-forming materials, functional additives and antirust pigments. The effects of adhesion promoter, acid catalyst, amino resin and acrylic resin weight ratio and antirust pigment dosage on the performance of baking coatings were investigated. The results show: 1) the adhesion promoter with the optimum dosage of 3%(weight ratio, the same below) can significantly enhance the adhesion of baking coatings, thus leading to higher pencil hardness, impact resistance, water resistance and salt fog resistance;2) the acid catalyst with the optimum dosage of 1% can promote the reaction between acrylic resin and amino resin and lower the curing temperature from 150 ℃ to 135 ℃;3) the optimum weight ratio between amino resin and hydroxyl acrylic resin is 1∶5;4) nano-sized aluminum triphosphate(ATP) has a significant impact on the salt fog resistance of the baking coatings, and the longest salt fog resistance time up to 500 h is achieved when the ATP dosage is 5.0%.
