摘要
目的研究社区育龄妇女生殖系统疾病预防保健需求程度,并分析其影响因素。方法选取2017年1月至2018年2月的1500例温州南白象社区育龄妇女为研究对象,采用生殖系统疾病预防保健需求问卷进行评估,比较不同年龄、文化程度、职业、收入情况、生殖系统疾病史、流产史、生育史、卫生习惯及居住情况的评估结果,采用多因素logistic回归分析该社区育龄妇女生殖系统疾病预防保健需求的影响因素。结果1500例社区育龄妇女对生殖系统疾病预防保健有需求者为869例,占57.93%,农民、工人、个体不同职业者的需求率分别为57.97%、58.20%及57.30%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、收入情况、生殖系统疾病史、流产史、生育史、卫生习惯及居住情况(OR=2.40、2.64、2.14、2.87、2.12、2.60、2.50、2.36)是社区育龄妇女生殖系统疾病预防保健需求的影响因素。结论社区育龄妇女生殖系统疾病预防保健需求程度较高,年龄、文化程度、收入情况、生殖系统疾病史、流产史、生育史、卫生习惯及居住等因素可影响其需求情况,应进行针对性干预。
Objective To understand the health care requirements for the prevention of reproductive system diseases in women of childbearing age,and to discuss its influencing factors.Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey on health care needs for the prevention of reproductive system diseases was conducted in 1500 women of childbearing age in Baixiang community from January 2017 to February 2018.The requirements were evaluated and compared among women with different age,education,income,history of reproductive system disease,abortion and birth history,hygienic habits and living condition.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results 57.93%of women expressed their need for health care for reproductive system disease prevention and the percentages did not differ among women with different occupations(P>0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,education,income,history of reproductive system disease,abortion and birth history,hygienic habit and living condition were the major influencing factors for the needs of women(OR=2.40,2.64,2.14,2.87,2.12,2.60,2.50,2.36).Conclusions Women of childbearing age in Baixiang community have higher health care need for the prevention of reproductive system disease.Age,education,income,history of reproductive system disease,abortion and birth history,hygienic habit and living condition.are influencing factors for the needs which should be intervened accordingly.
