摘要
目的探索温灸对下肢静脉曲张患者手术后排气的影响。方法选取2016年5月至2018年5月在温州市中医院接受治疗的84例下肢静脉曲张手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上添加温灸治疗。收集两组患者治疗后自觉肛门排气时间、术后首次排便时间、住院时间,计算两组患者腹胀治疗效果。结果观察组肛门排气时间为(17.34±3.02)h,术后首次排便时间为(62.31±6.47)h,住院时间为(7.95±1.27)d,均低于对照组自觉肛门排气时间(26.68±4.57)h,术后首次排便时间(76.94±8.79)h,住院时间(15.94±3.12)d,数据对比差异有统计学意义(t=2.324、2.493、2.274,P均<0.05)。观察组腹胀治疗效果总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组腹胀治疗效果总有效率71.43%,数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.876,P<0.05)。结论温灸治疗能够有效缩短患者排气时间、术后初次排便时间以及住院时间,且能够明显提高腹胀治疗效果并获得较好的治疗效果。
Objective To observe the effects of warm moxibustion on bowel function recovery of patients with lower extremity varicose vein surgery.Methods A total of 84patients who underwent lower extremity varicose vein surgeries in Wenzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2016to May 2018were enrolled and were evenly divided into the control group and the observation group using random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine treatment after the surgery,while those in the observation group also received warm moxibustion therapy.The bowel function recovery parameters as time to the first passage of flatus,time to the first defecation and length of postoperative hospital stay were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The average time to the first passage of flatus,time to the first defecation and length of postoperative stay in the observation group were(17.34±3.02)h,(62.31±6.47)h,and(7.95±1.27)d,which were significantly shorter than that in the control group(26.68±4.57)h,(76.94±8.79)h,(15.94±3.12)d,(t=2.324,2.493,2.274,P<0.05).The overall effective rate for abnorminal distention was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(92.86%vs 71.43%;χ2=4.876,P<0.05).Conclusions Warm moxibustion can accelerate the recovery of intestinal function of patients with lower extremity varicose vein surgery by effectively shortening the time to the first passage of flatus,time to the first defecation and length of postoperative stay and can significantly improve the treatment efficacy for abdominal distension.
