摘要
目的比较2009年和2016年福建省住院病例恶性肿瘤发病年龄分布特征,为肿瘤防控提供策略。方法选取2009年和2016年福建省住院病例新发恶性肿瘤报告数,计算标化平均发病年龄和标化年龄构成比。结果从标化平均发病年龄来看,福建省住院病例恶性肿瘤发病年龄从58.92岁(2009年)下降到57.71岁(2016年),其中女性下降较为明显(从56.01岁下降到54.42岁),男性基本保持不变。从标化发病年龄构成比来看,2016年和2009年相比,肿瘤患者50~69岁组增高,其中50~54岁组增高明显,2016年比2009年上升5.1个百分点,其中女性上升7.0个百分点,男性升高不明显,与肿瘤年龄别发病率趋势一致;在同一年中,25~54岁组,女性恶性肿瘤标准发病年龄构成比约是男性的2倍。结论福建省恶性肿瘤发病有一定的年轻化趋势,女性恶性肿瘤标化发病年龄前移趋势较明显,且女性恶性肿瘤平均发病年龄低于男性。
Objective To observe the age change of inpatients with malignant tumors in Fujian by comparing the age distributions of malignant tumors in 2009 and 2016,and to provide strategies for the prevention and control of malignant tumors.Methods Clinical data of inpatients with newly diagnosed malignant tumors in Fujian reported by Fujian CDC and Fujian Cancer Prevention and Control Office in 2009 and 2016 were retrieved,and the standardized mean age of disease onset and the standardized age composition ratio were calculated.Results The standardized mean age of patients with malignant tumors decreased from 58.92 in 2009 to 57.71 years old in 2016,especially in females,which decreased from 56.01 to 54.42 years old,while it remained unchanged in males.The incidence of malignant tumors went higher in the age group of 50-69,especially in 50-54 age group,which increased by 5.1%from 2009 to 2016,with 7.0%increase in females.The standardized age composition ratio of female patients with malignant tumors was about twice of that of males in the age group of 25-54 in the same year.Conclusions Inpatients with malignant tumors in Fujian province tend to be younger,especially female patients.The mean age of female malignant tumors is younger than that of males.
