摘要
上海市环上大国际影视园区立体绿化专项规划研究通过详尽的现场调查和统计,了解整体园区状况后,在衔接各层面规划的同时,采用城市设计、景观导则、规划设计等多层面设计手法融合,以绿容率指标控制各地块的总绿量指标。同时强调立体绿化与园区文化的融合、人群对立体绿化和整体景观界面的视觉感受,以绿视率作为立体绿化优化主要街道视觉感受的衡量指标,强调立体绿化的实施性和精确性,构建具有自身特色的高品质产绿融合的多维绿园。
The study on the special three-dimensional greening planning of Shanghai International Film and Television Park Circun-shu combines all levels of planning,and adopts the integration of urban design,landscape guidelines,planning and design and other multi-level design techniques to control the total green volume index of each block with the green volume ratio.At the same time,the planning emphasizes the integration of threedimensional greening and park culture,the visual perception of the crowd on the whole greening and landscape interface,and takes the green visual perception rate as the measure index of threedimensional greening to optimize the visual perception of the main streets,so as to construct a multi-dimensional green park with high quality and green production.
