摘要
目的:为构建临床药师考核模式提供参考。方法:检索中国知网等数据库,纳入对临床药师绩效考核的文献,总结和分析我国临床药师绩效考核现状。结果:最终纳入15篇文献,我国已有多家医院开展临床药师绩效考核,考核体系主要构建方法为德尔菲法、关键绩效指标、文献研究法等,考核指标围绕素质、工作、科研与教学、反馈四个维度展开。结论:我国已有多家医院开展了临床药师绩效考核,但考核仍存在不足,需不断完善与改进。
OBJECTIVE To provide reference for the establishment of clinical pharmacists’performance.METHODS Several databases such as Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure were searched for literatures on studies related to performance evaluation of clinical pharmacists,and the status quo of pharmacists’performance was analyzed and summarized.RESULTS 15 studies were included,and the major methods of performance evaluation were Delphi method,key performance indicators and literature research method.The most commonly used indicators included 4 conceptual dimension indicator-quality,job function,scientific research and teaching,feedback.CONCLUSION At present,many hospitals in China have carried out the performance appraisal of clinical pharmacists,but the system remains to be improved due to multiple shortbacks.
