摘要
目的探讨胃癌患者外周血白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-23(IL-23)和白细胞介素-17(IL-17)因子的检测价值。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月间河南省鹤壁市人民医院收治的50例胃癌患者纳入研究组。选取50例同期健康体检者纳入对照组。两组参与者均使用同样的方式检测外周血清样本当中的相关细胞因子IL-6、IL-17及IL-23水平。对两组外周血清当中的相关因子IL-6、IL-17及IL-23水平进行观察及对比。对胃癌患者不同病理特征分组下的相关因子IL-6、IL-17及IL-23水平进行观察及对比。对胃癌幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)感染的相关因子IL-6、IL-17及IL-23水平进行观察及对比。结果研究组的IL-6、IL-17及IL-23水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。胃癌患者不同性别、年龄的IL-6、IL-17及IL-23水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),胃癌患者不同临床分期、是否出现淋巴结转移和不同浸润深度的IL-6、IL-17及IL-23水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。胃癌HP感染阳性者的IL-6、IL-17及IL-23水平均高于HP感染阴性者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者外周血中的IL-6、IL-17及IL-23表达水平均显著升高,且不同病理特征及参数分组下的IL-6、IL-17及IL-23表达水平存在显著差异,推测其在胃癌的整个疾病发生及发展过程当中具有十分重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the detection value of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-23(IL-23)and interleukin-17(IL-17)in peripheral blood in patients with gastric cancer.Methods Fifty patients with gastric cancer patients admitted to Hebi People’s Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study group.Another 50 patients who came to the same hospital for health physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23 in peripheral blood samples were detected by the same methods in both groups.The levels of IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23 in peripheral blood were observed and compared in patients with different pathological features.In addition,the levels of IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23 were observed and compared in patients who were infected with Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori).Results The levels of IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23 in peripheral blood were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.05).For the study group,there were no significant differences in IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23 levels among patients of different gender and age(P>0.05).For the study group,there were significant differences in IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23 levels among patients of different clinical stages,lymph node metastasis and infiltration depth(all P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23 were significantly higher in H.pylori-positive subjects than in H.pylori-negative subjects(all P<0.05).Conclusion Expression of IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23 in peripheral blood significantly increased in patients with gastric cancer and there were significant differences in expression of IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23 in patients of various pathological characteristics and parameters,suggesting that IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23 play an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
