摘要
用烟酰胺法进行头孢菌素 C 发酵液的连续流动自动分析,每小时可测30个样品,测定范围为0~25000 u/ml。测定结果与高压液相色谱法无显著差别,本方法具有专一、简便、快速、灵敏等优点。
Continnous-flow automatic determination of cephalosporin C infermentation broths with the nicotinamide method was studied.Thirty samplesper hour might be analysed.The determination range was 0~25000 u/ml.Therewas no significant difference with HPLC.This method was more specific,simple,rapid and sensitive.
