摘要
贵州某水泥厂水泥熟料生产线配备的水泥磨除尘器用涤纶布袋,运行8个月后出现破袋,粉尘排放浓度大于20mg/m^(3),无法达到排放要求。文章对破袋进行了全面分析后,总结了滤袋破损失效原因,并提出相应的解决措施,使粉尘排放浓度低于10mg/m^(3),实现了超低排放。
The cement clinker production line in a cement plant in Guizhou was equipped with polyester filter bag for cement grinding mill dust remover.After 8 months of operation,bag breakage occurred,and the dust emission concentration was greater than 20mg/m^(3),which could not meet the emission requirements.After a comprehensive analysis of bag breakage,this paper summarized the causes of bag breakage and failure,and put forward the corresponding solutions.After the problem was solved,the dust emission concentration was lower than 10mg/m^(3),thus achieving ultra-low emission.
