摘要
总结新型冠状病毒肺炎防控疫情期间口腔颌面外科急诊的防控措施,以降低人员感染风险。具体措施包括:完善岗前培训、充分发挥预检分诊效率、严控急诊指征、职能部门及时沟通协调、严格执行环境及物体表面消毒措施。通过以上措施,既保证了口腔颌面外科急诊患者及时、有序、高效就诊,也保障了医护人员的职业安全,降低感染新型冠状病毒肺炎的风险。
To summarize the prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019 in emergency patients of oral and maxillofacial surgery,and to reduce the risk of infection. Specific prevention and control measures include improving pre-job training,giving full play to the efficiency of pre-inspection and triage,strictly controlling the emergency indications,timely communication and coordination between functional departments,and strictly implementing the disinfection treatment of environment and table. Through the implementation of the above measures,not only to ensure the timely,orderly,effective and efficient treatment of emergency patients in oral and maxillofacial surgery,but also to ensure the occupational safety of medical staff,to reduce the risk of coronavirus disease 2019 infection.
