摘要
目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎时期疑似患者定点收治妇幼保健院急诊及发热门诊流程再造及疫情防控等应急管理措施。方法依据新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间国家临时颁布的指南、指引,结合我院急诊实际工作环境和妇幼专科特点,进行流程再造及3次优化;并通过三级防护管理、疑似患者管理、医护人员管理及培训、强化消毒隔离等一系列防控措施,确保疫情期间急诊及发热门诊工作的顺利进行。结果新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情时期,急诊、发热门诊及时进行流程再造和不断优化,采取有力的防控措施非常重要,我院急诊及发热门诊就诊流程顺畅,医护人员及就诊患者均未发生院内交叉感染,在保证就诊患者和医护人员的安全的同时,积极宣传抗疫防疫知识措施取得了一定的效果,得到了患者及家属的好评。结论制订符合医院实际的应急管理措施是顺利有序完成新型冠状病毒肺炎防治任务的重要保障。
Objective Coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic situation of suspected patients with suspected maternal and child health care hospital emergency and fever clinic process reengineering and epidemic prevention and control and other emergency management measures. Methods Coronavirus disease 2019 was issued during the period of the new guidelines,and the guidelines were applied to the process of reengineering and the three optimization of the process combined with the actual working environment of our hospital and the characteristics of maternity and child care. We also adopted a series of preventive measures such as three level protection management,suspected patient management,medical personnel management and training,strengthening disinfection and isolation,so as to ensure emergency and fever clinics during the epidemic period. The work went on smoothly. Results Coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic situation,emergency and fever clinic timely reengineering and continuous optimization,and take effective measures to prevent and control is very important. From the epidemic prevention and control,the emergency treatment and fever clinic treatment process in our hospital has been smooth,and the medical staff and patients have no cross infection in the hospital. The spread of knowledge and measures of anti epidemic and prevention has achieved certain results,and has been well received by patients and their families. Conclusion Develop emergency management measures in line with the actual situation of the hospital are important for ensuring the success of coronavirus disease 2019 prevention and control tasks.
