摘要
目的探析莫西沙星或左氧氟沙星用于耐多药肺结核治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月在我院接受治疗的耐多药肺结核患者54例,以奇偶数分组法将其平均分为两组:对照组与观察组,每组各27例。两组患者均以常规抗结核化疗方案为基础,给予对照组左氧氟沙星进行治疗,给予观察组莫西沙星进行治疗。观察对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果经观察对比后发现:观察组的临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况均优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论在多耐药肺结核患者的临床治疗中,使用莫西沙星的临床治疗效果较为显著,并具有较高的安全性,在使用左氧氟沙星相比,莫西沙星可更好的对病灶进行吸收,从而促使患者恢复,值得临床的推广及应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of moxifloxacin or levofloxacin in the treatment of multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Fifty-four MDR-TB patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were divided into two groups:control group and observation group,27 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with levofloxacin in the control group and moxifloxacin in the observation group on the basis of routine anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy.To observe and compare the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results After observation and comparison,it was found that the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis,moxifloxacin is effective and safe.Compared with levofloxacin,moxifloxacin can absorb the lesions better and promote the recovery of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
