摘要
目的分析胃癌术后采用益气逐瘀汤的临床效果。方法对照组单纯应用肠内营养干预。研究组在对照组肠内营养干预方案基础上给予益气逐瘀汤鼻饲。对比两组脾胃功能优良率。对比两组治疗前后的腹胀、纳差、便结、乏力中医证候积分,以及干扰素-γ(INF-γ)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平。结果研究组脾胃功能优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后各中医证候积分及INF-γ、IL-2、IL-6、IL-10水平显著好于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃癌术后采用益气逐瘀汤可显著促进为此功能恢复,提升患者免疫功能。
Objective to analyze clinical effect of tonifying qi and expelling stagnation decoction after gastric cancer operation.Methods control group was treated with enteral nutrition only,and study group with tonifying qi and expelling stagnation decoction by nasal feeding on the basis of enteral nutrition intervention scheme in control group.Compare excellent and good rates of spleen and stomach function between two groups.Before and after treatment,compare scores of abdominal distention,anorexia,defecation and asthenia,and levels of interferon-γ(INF-γ),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-10(IL-10)between two groups.Results excellent and good rate of spleen and stomach function in study group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of TCM syndromes and levels of inf-γ,IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 in study group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion tonifying qi and expelling stagnation decoction can promote recovery of function and improve immune function of gastric cancer patients significantly.
