摘要
目的探究结石性脓肾应用中西医结合微创手术治疗的术后并发症及疗效。方法本次研究对象均是2018年6月至2019年7月本院收治的30例结石性脓肾患者,实施输尿管镜取石术、双J管置入术、经皮肾微造瘘引流术,围术期均配合中医药治疗,分析所有患者手术效果、术后并发症情况。结果46.67%患者I期手术取石、53.33%患者Ⅱ期手术取石,83.33%结石完全取尽率;手术时长(50.34±4.87)min、术后体征恢复时间(1.34±0.57)天;无死亡者、无患肾切除者、无并发症者;治疗满意度为96.67%。结论在结石性脓肾治疗中应用中西医结合微创手术效果显著,不仅创伤小、易恢复,还能减少术后并发症,提高结石完全取尽率,值得普及应用。
Objective To investigate the postoperative complications and curative effect of minimally invasive surgery with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of calculous pus and kidney.Methods From June 2018 to July 2019,30 patients with calculous pus kidney were treated in our hospital.Ureteroscopic lithotomy,double J tube catheterization,percutaneous renal microfistula drainage,perioperative treatment with traditional Chinese medicine were performed.The surgical effect and postoperative complications of all patients were analyzed.Results 46.67%of the patients were treated with stage I lithotomy,53.33%of the patients were treated with stage II stone removal,the complete stone removal rate was 83.33%,the recovery time of postoperative signs was(50.34±4.87)days,the recovery time of postoperative signs was(1.34±0.57)days,and the satisfaction rate of treatment was 96.67%.Conclusion The application of minimally invasive surgery with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of stone pus kidney is effective,which is not only less trauma and easy to recover,but also can reduce postoperative complications and improve the complete gallstone extraction rate,which is worth popularizing and applying.
