摘要
重症肌无力是一种获得性自身免疫性疾病,常可导致肌肉无力和异常疲劳。发病时常合并各种自身免疫性疾病,以合并甲亢最多见。本文主要针对1例重症肌无力合并甲亢患者进行分析。
Myasthenia gravis(MG)is an acquired autoimmune disease,which often leads to muscle weakness and abnormal fatigue.Autoimmune diseases are often associated with the onset of the disease,and hyperthyroidism is the most common complication.In this paper,a case of myasthenia gravis with hyperthyroidism was analyzed.
