摘要
目的分析孕妇妊娠晚期异常的心电图变化与妊娠结局。方法选择2016年7月至2018年7月我院接受的100例妊娠晚期产妇作为案例,按照年龄进行分组,甲组是适龄组,年龄小于35岁,乙组则是高龄组,年龄超过35岁,对所有孕妇进行心电图检查,分析妊娠结局。结果对比心电图的变化,乙组的发生几率高,存在严重的异常变化。对比两组案例的妊娠结局,乙组顺利分娩的案例数少于甲组,甲组的优势明显。结论由于高龄孕妇的器官可能存在衰竭以及代偿能力减弱等现象,更容易存在异常的现象,直接对妊娠结局和胎儿健康等造成不良影响,导致出现流产、早产以及新生儿出生体质量低的现象,在整个过程中需要密切观察心电图异常的情况。
Objective to analyze abnormal ECG changes and pregnancy outcome in advanced pregnancy.Methods choose 100 cases advanced pregnant women in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 as cases.Divide them into groups according to their age.Group A was right age group,less than 35,and group B was high age group,more than 35.Examine all pregnant women with ECG and analyze pregnancy outcome.Results ECG changes showed,group B had high incidence and serious abnormal changes.Pregnancy outcome of two groups showed,smooth delivery cases in group B were less than group A,and advantage of group A was obvious.Conclusion high age group may have possible organ failure and decrease of compensatory ability,and possible abnormal phenomena,which cause adverse effects on pregnancy outcome and fetal health directly,phenomenon of abortion,premature delivery and low birth weight of neonates.During whole process,it is necessary to observe abnormal situation of ECG closely.
