经鼻高流量湿化氧疗在呼吸衰竭低氧血症患者中的应用及护理干预体会 被引量:6

Application and Nursing Intervention Experience of Transnasal High Flow Humidification Oxygen Therapy on Respiratory Failure Patients with Hypoxemia

摘要 目的探讨在呼吸衰竭低氧血症患者中应用经鼻高流量湿化氧疗的效果及护理干预体会。方法将呼吸科监护室80例呼吸衰竭低氧血症经鼻高流量湿化氧疗患者(2017年1月到2019年4月间)纳入研究,用计算机进行随机分组:一般组(n=40)、干预组(n=40),对一般组实施一般治疗护理,对干预组实施护理干预,分析护理效果。结果干预组拔管即刻、拔管后2 h后动脉血氧分压、动脉血二氧化碳分压及再气管插管率与一般组组间对比均无明显差异(P>0.05)。干预组并发症发生率、监护室停留时间、住院时间与一般组组间对比更低(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸衰竭低氧血症患者中应用经鼻高流量湿化氧疗效果良好,且实施护理干预可进一步减少并发症,促进患者恢复。 Objective to explore effect and nursing intervention experience of transnasal high flow humidification oxygen therapy in respiratory failure patients with hypoxemia.Methods choose 80 cases respiratory failure patients with hypoxemia in respiratory department for study.Divide them into general group(n=40)and intervention group(n=40)randomly with computer.General group was treated with general treatment and nursing,and intervention group with nursing intervention.Analyze nursing effect of two groups.Results arterial oxygen partial pressure,arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure and re-intubation rate of intervention group showed no significant difference from general group(P>0.05).Incidence of complications,duration of stay in ICU and length of stay in intervention group was lower than general group(P<0.05).Conclusion transnasal high flow humidification can achieve good effect on respiratory failure patients with hypoxemia,and nursing intervention can reduce complications further and promote recovery of patients.
