摘要
目的通过对影响肝胆外科护理因素的总结分析,探讨提高肝胆外科护理质量的策略。方法回顾性分析本院自2016年9月至2019年3月肝胆外科所收治的患者病历,总结影响临床护理质量的具体因素,并比较实施具体应对措施前后护理质量评分及患者对护理工作满意度。研究对象选择实施应对措施前的患者55例作为对照组;实施应对措施后的55例患者作为观察组。结果影响医院肝胆外科护理质量的因素:护理人员的业务水平和实际操作能力、沟通能力;患者对相关疾病及治疗的了解程度;医院对相关医疗器械和护理管理水平;护理人员的法律意识。在实施了针对性的应对措施后,观察组患者的护理质量评分及对护理工作的满意度均较实施前有了极大的提升。结论针对影响肝胆外科护理质量的具体因素,通过提高护理人员的业务水平、建立健全相关制度、严格操作流程、提高护理人员与患者及家属的沟通能力、增强法律意识等科学有效的应对措施,可以有效缓解医护人员与患者的矛盾,提高护理质量。
Objective Through the summary analysis of the factors affecting the nursing of liver and gallbladder surgery,the strategies to improve the nursing quality of hepatobiliary surgery are discussed.Methods Review analysis of the patient records admitted by liver and gallbladder surgery from September 2016 to March 2019,summarize the specific factors affecting the quality of clinical care,and compare the quality score of nursing before and after the implementation of specific responsemeasures and patient satisfaction with nursing work.The subjects selected 55 patients before the response as the control group,and 55 patients after the response were selected as the observation group.Results The factors that affect the quality of liver and bile surgery in hospitals:nursing staff’s business level and practical ability,communication ability,patient’s understanding of related diseases and treatment,hospital’s management level of related medical devices and nursing care,and nursing staff’s legal awareness.After the implementation of targeted response measures,the patients in the observation group’s nursing quality score and satisfaction with nursing work were greatly improved compared with before the implementation.Conclusion In view of the specific factors affecting the quality of liver and bile surgery,scientific and effective countermeasures such as improving the service level of nursing staff,establishing and perfecting the relevant system,strict operation process,improving the communication ability of nursing staff and patients and their families,and enhancing legal awareness can effectively alleviate the contradiction between nursing staff and patients and improve the quality of nursing care.
