摘要
目的分析探讨在老年慢阻肺合并肺部感染患者的治疗中应用痰热清注射液和盐酸氨溴索的临床治疗效果。方法选择我院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的老年慢阻肺合并肺部感染患者246例作为研究对象。将其按照随机抽签的方式分为对照组和实验组各123例,其中对照组患者采用盐酸氨溴索治疗,实验组患者在对照组的基础上联合应用痰热清注射液治疗。观察并对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗效果比对照组更好,其治疗总有效率达95.12%,而对照组为82.93%,差异较大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液和盐酸氨溴索对老年慢阻肺合并肺部感染患者具有较好的临床治疗效果,能够有效地减轻患者的病情,改善患者的肺部功能,适合推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of Tanreqing injection and ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary infection. Methods Two hundred and forty-six elderly patients with COPD and pulmonary infection admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as research objects. According to the way of random drawing, 123 cases were divided into control group and experimental group, ambroxol hydrochloride was used in the control group and Tanreqing Injection in the experimental group. Observe and compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The total effective rate was 95.12%, while the control group was 82.93%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Tanreqing injection and ambroxol hydrochloride have good clinical therapeutic effect on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary infection, which can effectively alleviate the patient’s condition and improve the lung function of patients. It is suitable for popularization and application.
