摘要
目的研究脑血栓患者应用阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药治疗的临床疗效,并分析其对患者血小板参数的影响。方法对我市区某医院2017年7月至2018年9月收治的84例脑血栓患者进行调查,将其作为本次研究病例,按照随机数字表法对患者进行分组,研究组与对照组各42例,对照组进行常规治疗,研究组则应用阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床效果、凝血、血小板指标以及纤维蛋白原、血沉以及总胆固醇的变化。结果研究组总有效率(95.24%)显著高于对照组(73.81%),研究组全血粘度、血小板黏附率以及血细胞比容等临床指标显著优于对照组,且研究组纤维蛋白原、总胆固醇与血沉数据均优于对照组,组间差异存在统计学意义。结论阿托伐他汀与抗血小板药物联合应用在脑血栓患者中的价值显著,能够有效提高患者的临床治疗效果,改善血小板参数,值得临床推广应用。
Objective to study clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with antiplatelet drugs in patients with cerebral thrombosis,and analyze its effect on platelet parameters of patients.Methods survey 84 cases cerebral thrombosis patients in hospital in our city from July 2017 to September 2018 for case study.Divide them into study group and control group according to random number table method,42 cases in each group.Control group was treated routine therapy,and study group with atorvastatin combined with antiplatelet drugs.Compare and analyze clinical effects,coagulation,platelet indicators,and changes in fibrinogen,erythrocyte sedimentation,and total cholesterol between two groups.Results total effective rate of study group(95.24%)was significantly higher than control group(73.81%).Clinical indicators such as whole blood viscosity,platelet adhesion rate,and hematocrit were significantly better than control group.Fibrinogen,total cholesterol and erythrocyte sedimentation data were better than control group,differences between groups were statistically significant.Conclusion atorvastatin combined with antiplatelet drugs has significant value on patients with cerebral thrombosis,can improve clinical treatment effect and platelet parameters effectively,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
