摘要
介于成熟红细胞与晚幼红细胞之间的网织红细胞实质上是一种过渡细胞,其胞质内有少许RNA遗传物质。近年来,网织红细胞参数IRF、网织红细胞特有诊断价值逐步引起临床重视,其各参数应用迅速得到普及。本文重点阐述网织红细胞参数IRF的研究与应用。
Reticulocytes between mature red blood cells and late immature red blood cells are essentially transitional cells with a little RNA genetic material in their cytoplasm.In recent years,the diagnostic value of reticulocyte parameters IRF and reticulocyte has gradually attracted clinical attention,and its application has been rapidly popularized.This paper focuses on the research and application of reticulocyte parameter IRF.
