摘要
目的探究舒适护理对无痛消化内镜检查患者心理状况及护理质量的影响。方法在2016年12月至2018年12月我院行无痛消化内镜检查的患者中,筛选92例作为观察对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为常规组(n=46)和实验组(n=46),分别采取常规护理和舒适护理,比较两组患者心理状况,护理质量。结果干预后,两组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分均明显下降,实验组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于常规组患者(P<0.05),实验组患者心率、平均动脉压均低于常规组患者(P<0.05),护理质量评分、护理满意度评分,均高于常规组患者(P<0.05)。结论对无痛消化内镜检查患者实施舒适护理干预,能有效提高护理质量,患者护理满意度,改善患者心理状况,疏导不良情绪。
Objective to explore effect of comfortable nursing on psychological status and nursing quality of patients with painless digestive endoscopy.Methods choose 92 patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 as observation objects,divide them into routine groups(n=46)and experiment group with random digital table method.Routine group(n=46)was treated with routine nursing,and experiment group with comfortable nursing.Compare psychological status and nursing quality of two groups of patients.Results after intervention,anxiety and depression scores of two groups decreased significantly.anxiety and depression scores of experimental group were(36.50±4.21)and(37.02±4.02),lower than routine group(P<0.05),heart rate and mean arterial pressure of experimental group were(75.46±5.13)beats/min and(82.05±8.46)mmHg,lower than routine group(P<0.05),nursing quality scores,nursing satisfaction scores were higher than routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion comfortable nursing intervention can effectively improve nursing quality,satisfaction,psychological status,and ease bad emotions of patients with painless digestive endoscopy.
