摘要
目的人性化护理模式在妇产科手术室护理中的效果分析。方法选取我院2018年4月至2019年4月收治的240例妇产科手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组120例。对照组行常规手术室护理,观察组在常规护理基础上推行人性化护理模式,对比两组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分以及护理满意度、护理依从性。结果护理前两组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分接近,护理后观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度、护理依从性较高,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科手术室护理中,人性化护理模式的运用可改善患者心理态势,也可以提升患者护理依从性,优化患者对护理工作的认同感。
Objective to analyze effect of humanistic nursing mode in operation room of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods choose 240 cases obstetrics and gynecology operation patients admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019,randomly divided into observation group and control group,120 cases in each group.Control group received routine operation room nursing,and observation group with humanized nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing.Compare anxiety scores,depression scores,nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance between two groups.Results scores of anxiety and depression of two groups were close to each other,but scores of anxiety and depression in observation group were lower than those control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction and compliance of observation group was higher than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion in operation room of gynecology and obstetrics,humanistic nursing mode can improve psychological situation,enhance nursing compliance,and optimize recognition of patients on nursing work.
