摘要
目的探析宫颈液基细胞学联合阴道镜检查在妇科宫颈病变中的应用价值。方法将2018年7月到2019年7月在我院接受妇科宫颈病变筛查的4500例女性患者作为主要研究对象,筛查方法分别是宫颈液基细胞学、阴道镜检查以及两者联合,以病检为金标准,对比宫颈液基细胞学、阴道镜、宫颈液基细胞学联合阴道镜的诊断准确性。结果4500例受检者中,经宫颈液基细胞学检查,宫颈病变筛查敏感性和特异性分别为31.68%、99.25%;经阴道镜检查,宫颈病变筛查敏感性和特异性分别为63.57%、98.68%;经宫颈液基细胞学联合阴道镜检查,宫颈病变筛查敏感性和特异性分别为79.17%、97.98%。结论在妇科宫颈病变的临床诊断上,联合应用宫颈液基细胞学和阴道镜有较高的诊断准确率,可为疾病的早期治疗提供科学依据,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。
Objective to explore application value of cervical liquid-based cytology combined with colposcopy on gynecological cervical lesions.Methods treat 4500 cases female patients with gynecological cervical lesion screening from July 2018 to July 2019 in our hospital as main research objects,with screening method of cervical liquid-based cytology,colposcopy,cervical liquid-based cytology combined with colposcopy.With gold standard of medical examination,compare diagnostic accuracy of cervical liquid-based cytology,colposcopy,cervical liquidbased cytology combined with colposcopy.Results among 4500 cases,sensitivity and specificity of cervical lesion screening was 31.68%and 99.25%respectively after cervical fluid-based cytology;sensitivity and specificity of cervical lesion screening after colposcopy was 63.57%,98.68%respectively;after cervical fluid-based cytology combined with colposcopy,sensitivity and specificity of cervical lesion screening was 79.17%and 97.98%,respectively.Conclusion in clinical diagnosis of gynecological cervical lesions,combination of cervical fluid-based cytology and colposcopy has higher diagnostic accuracy,which can provide scientific basis for early treatment of diseases and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
