摘要
目的探究将舒适护理应用在神经内科护理中的效果。方法将2018年10月至2019年10月本院神经内科接收的140例患者纳入研究,对患者实施分组,70例归为对照组,70例归为观察组。将常规护理措施应用在对照组中,观察组则采取舒适护理措施,对比不同护理方法下两组效果的差异。结果采取不同护理措施后,观察组的护理满意度相较于对照组明显更高,组间数据经对比,显示有统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组的住院时间较之于对照组明显缩短,组间数据经对比,显示有统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组患者的ADL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对神经内科患者实施护理时,应用舒适护理干预的效果显著,临床可予以广泛推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in neurology.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,140 patients accepted by the department of neurology of our hospital were included in the study,and the patients were divided into groups,70 patients were classified as the control group and 70 patients as the observation group.Routine nursing measures were applied in the control group,while comfort nursing measures were taken in the observation group,compare the effect of the two groups under different nursing methods.Results After taking different nursing measures,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The ADL score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion When nursing patients in neurology department,the effect of comfortable nursing intervention is significant,which can be widely used in clinic.
