摘要
目的探讨改良鸟巢式护理模式在早产极低体质量婴儿的应用效果。方法选取我院2019年1月至2019年6月收治的60例早产极低体质量婴儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(31例)与观察组(29例),对照组采取常规暖箱护理,观察组采用改良鸟巢式护理模式,比较两组早产儿睡眠时间、摄奶量、出暖箱时间及并发症情况。结果观察组早产儿睡眠时间及摄奶量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组早产儿出暖箱时间及并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良鸟巢式护理模式促进了早产儿摄奶和睡眠,有利于缩短出暖箱时间并降低并发症发生率,建议临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of the improved bird’s nest nursing mode in preterm infants with very low body mass.Methods 60 cases of very low body weight premature infants admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were divided into control group(31 cases)and observation group(29 cases)according to the method of random number table.The control group was given routine warm box nursing,and the observation group was given improved nest nursing mode.The sleep time,milk intake,warm box out time and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The sleep time and milk intake of preterm infants in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of warm-up and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).the sleep time and milk intake in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group P.Conclusion The improved bird’s nest nursing mode can promote the intake of milk and sleep of premature infants,shorten the warm-up time and reduce the incidence of complications.
