摘要
目的探究宫外孕治疗过程中,甲氨蝶呤(MTX)、米非司酮联合用药的临床疗效。方法在我院2017年8月至2019年8月就诊的数例宫外孕患者中,有62例患者原因配合本研究,患者平均分2组,一组实施MTX单纯治疗,另一组加用米非司酮治疗,比较治疗效果。结果孕酮、血β-HCG转阴时间相比,观察组显著缩短(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组孕酮、血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平均下降(P<0.05)。治疗后两组相比,观察组水平更低(P<0.05)。结论宫外孕患者采用MTX、米非司酮联合治疗方案,患者血清β-HCG、孕酮转阴时间缩短,疗效显著。
Objective To explore clinical effect of combination of methotrexate(MTX)and mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Choose 62 cases ectopic pregnancy patients in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 in the study,divide them into two groups in average.After non-pristone treatment,compare curative effect.Results Negative time of progesterone and bloodβ-HCG of observation group was significantly shorter(P<0.05).Levels of progesterone and serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)before treatment decreased in both groups(P<0.05),that of observation group was lower than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion MTX and mifepristone combined treatment can shorten serumβ-HCG and progesterone turned negative time of patients with ectopic pregnancy,with significant effect.
