摘要
目的研究岛状皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月在我院治疗的200例手部软组织缺损患者作为研究对象,将他们根据手术方式的不同分为两组,即观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组采取传统皮瓣修复术,观察组采用微型岛状皮瓣修复术,比较两组治疗前后的VAS评分、修复的优良率、患者的满意率、皮瓣质地、弹性以及外观评分。结果观察组手术的优良率和满意率分别为98.00%、97.00%高于对照组的90.00%、87.00%;观察组术后不同时间的VAS评分均低于对照组;观察组的皮瓣质地、弹性以及外观评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对手部软组织缺损患者的治疗中,采用岛状皮瓣修复术可有效减轻患者疼痛,手术材料不仅美观、弹性好、质地也好,手术效果也好,有利于提高患者满意度。
Objective To study clinical effect of island flaps repairing for hand soft tissue defects.Methods Choose 200 cases hand soft tissue defects patients treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 as research objects,divide them into two groups according to different surgical methods,namely observation group and control group,100 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional flap repair,and observation group with micro-island flap repair.Compare VAS scores,excellent repair rate,patient satisfaction degree,flap texture,elasticity and appearance scores between two groups before and after treatment.Results Excellent and satisfactory rates of surgery in observation group were 98.00%and 97.00%,respectively,higher than control group:90.00%and 87.00%;VAS scores of observation group at different times after operation were lower than control group;elasticity and appearance scores were higher than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Island flap repair can effectively reduce pain of patients with hand soft tissue defects,surgical materials are beautiful,elastic,and texture,with good surgical effect,which is conducive to improving satisfaction degree of patients.
